This four-day workshop is intended to provide the first batch of the interim personnel of the pilot ORCMs with preliminarily knowledge, competencies, and values to develop and implement an Operational Plan for their respective regional offices. This workshop also serves as the pre-deployment training. Advance materials will be given to the participants to equip them with preliminary information on management, courts covered by the judicial region, the regional offices of the Executive Department, and the Philippine Judiciary (PJ) 365 accounts. 

On days 1 and 2, the interim ORCM personnel will be introduced to the vision behind the ORCM. They will also be briefed on how to set up their lean office and operationalized the developed processes. On days 3 and 4, the participants will undergo the training prepared by GOJUST experts and develop their workplan for the pilot implementation. The participants will also be briefed on the next steps in their pilot implementation. The overall program and learning objectives of the workshop are summarized below
